What this live workshop covers

9.30am-10.00am - Evaluating and Setting down Foundations for Success

In this session we break down 2020 for your business pulling out the key learnings we need in order to set the foundation for 2021. Success starts when the foundations are solid. I’ll be setting you some work to do before the workshop so you can come prepared to implement straight away.

 

10.00am-10.45am - Vision Boarding and Planning for Growth
In this session, we will get creative. Armed with some goodies you’ll be gathering pre-workshop, I will be taking you through the techniques to manifesting your ideal business year. You’ll keep this with you going forward to keep your focus.

 

10.45-11.00am - Break and Implementation 

 

11.00am-12.00pm - Building Confidence for Sales
There’s no doubt that client confidence will need a boost this year. I’ll be sharing my 5 step proven formula for getting your couples and families to know, like and trust you so they book and secure you for their ceremony.

 

12.00pm-12.30pm - Lunch Break

 

12:30pm - 1pm - Website Hot Seats
In this session, I’ll be selecting 3 websites from those of you who would like to chance of having it reviewed live. I’ll be diving deep into web techniques, giving you the insights into how to get your website not only found on google but converting into bookings.

 

1.00pm-1.30pm - Action planning for 2021 (workbook provided)
Firstly we will dive into the areas you need to focus on this year (and the ones you don’t). Then we will now put together my proven strategy for success tailored to your business. We will break this down by month and then weekly to get rid of any overwhelm and focus only on what is needed to get you ahead of the game.

 

1.30pm-2pm - Ask me Anything Q&A.
We will end the workshop but covering any questions you have related to your business.
